It's Monday! What Are You Reading? (10-3-16)

I read bits and pieces of a lot of things over the past week—and I even managed to finish two books! (Honestly, this is because I'm finally slowing down in my One Tree Hill watching. But now my CW superhero shows are beginning again, so there goes some reading time!)

What I read last week:

A Tapestry of Secrets by Sarah Loudin Thomas. I absolutely loved the first two books in this series, but A Tapestry of Secrets was a bit of a letdown. (3 stars)

When Love Arrives by Johnnie Alexander. This is a solid 4-star read—a little slow at times, but overall quite enjoyable. (4 stars)

What I'm reading now:

Just a Kiss by Denise Hunter. My review books took precedence last week, so I only got a tiny bit of this read. I hope to finish it this week.

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. So I didn't get this book finished in September like I'd hoped. You can see what I think about what I've read so far here. Will I keep reading? The jury's still out.

What I'm listening to:

The Gathering by K.E. Ganshert. This is my "listen to while I'm mowing" book. I'm really loving it, and I think I have about four hours left. Should knock out another hour sometime this week, as my grass is still growing (unfortunately).

What I'll read next:

She Reads Truth by Raechel Myers & Amanda Bible Williams. I'm on the launch team for this book, which releases Tuesday. I haven't read it yet, though, because my copy just arrived!

What books are you reading right now? Should I keep plugging away at The Fault in Our Stars? Let me know in the comments, and check out other posts from the linkup.
