Stacking the Shelves (10-16-16)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly linkup hosted by Tynga's Reviews. It's all about the new books accumulated over the week. I missed out on participating last week because I was down with a horrible cold. Here's hoping it's my only cold of the season!

Kindle Freebies

Note that these ebooks were free when I got them, but prices fluctuate frequently, so be sure to check to see if they're still free before you click "buy now."

The Warrior's Seal by Ronie Kendig

The Ornament Box by Phillip Done

Review Books

Where Two Hearts Meet by Liz Johnson
I read the first book in this series last March, and, while I didn't love it nearly as much as many other bloggers did, I enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to this book, as it focuses on Caden, one of my favorite characters from book one.

I signed up to review this book because of three little words: marriage of convenience. I'm such a sucker for marriage of convenience novels!

Books I Purchased

Fairy Tale Romance Collection by Melanie Dickerson
This collection includes The Healer's Apprentice, The Merchant's Daughter, The Fairest Beauty, The Captive Maiden, and The Princess Spy...and I got it for just $1.99! I've read (and gave a 5-star review to) The Princess Spy, and I look forward to reading the books that preceded it!

Strong Poison by Dorothy L. Sayers
This book wins the award for strangest price ever: 6 cents. (Today, it costs $7.99, but earlier this week, it was $0.06.) At that price, I couldn't pass it up!

Have you read any of these books? What did you think? Let me know in the comments.
