Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic, The Best Books I've Read So Far in 2017, was too good to pass up. Why? Because it always takes me f.o.r.e.v.e.r to compile and publish my yearly "best of" list ... so if I pick the best ones I've read in the first six months of the year now, I'll have less work to do in December (or January. or February. or March.)! I'm listing them in the order I read them, from most to least recent. Just picking them out is enough work for now—don't ask me to rank them, too!
Jane of Austin by Hillary Manton Lodge (review)
Looking Glass Lies by Varina Denman (review)
True to You by Becky Wade (review)
The Chilbury Ladies' Choir by Jennifer Ryan (review)
Life After by Katie Ganshert (review)
When Tides Turn by Sarah Sundin (review)
For Love and Honor by Jody Hedlund (review)
The Captive Heart by Michelle Griep (review)
The Innkeeper of Ivy Hill by Julie Klassen (review)
Have you read any of these books? What did you think? If you made your own list, be sure to leave it for me in the comments!
Thank you so much for including When Tides Turn! I'm honored.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, Sarah. I'm really looking forward to your next book!
DeleteOHMYGOSH! Hillary's and Becky's will be on my end-of-year list no matter how many other books I read. This I know. I have a strong suspicion Sarah's will end up there as well. Always love her books. :)
ReplyDeleteI mean, Sarah's books ALWAYS end up on my year-end best list, and I have no doubt that Becky's and Hillary's will be right there, too--they're definitely my top two reads of the year so far!
