Stacking the Shelves (11-26-16)

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly linkup hosted by Tynga's Reviews. It's all about the new books accumulated over the week. It's been more than a month since I last participated (my, how time flies!), but I decided I had to jump back in this week. I got several great Kindle deals that are still available, so I want to tell you about them!

Kindle Freebies

Clicking on the book title will take you to the Amazon page. Note that these ebooks were free when I got them, but prices fluctuate frequently, so be sure to check to see if they're still free before you click "buy now."

Balancing Act by Kimberly Stuart

Reunion by Staci Stallings

Kindle Books I Purchased

Truly Madly Guilty by Liane Moriarty
While I haven't yet read a Moriarty book, I've heard lots of great things about her writing. (I do already have What Alice Forgot on my Kindle; I just haven't gotten around to reading it yet.) This was on sale for $2.99, and I look forward to reading it!

One Enchanted Eve by Melissa Tagg
One Enchanted Eve is the sequel to Tagg's One Enchanted Christmas, which released last year. Both are currently 99¢, and both are worth every penny!

Sway by Amy Matayo
I'm a big fan of Matayo's writing (see all the gushing I did about The Thirteenth Chance a couple months ago), and I'm super excited at this chance to read some of her older books on the cheap. Sway, The End of the World, and A Painted Summer (which I already own so didn't purchase this week) are all on sale for 99¢ through Monday.

The End of the World by Amy Matayo

Fairest by Marissa Meyer
So. I have yet to read any of the Lunar Chronicles. I have absolutely no idea if I'll like them. But any time a book goes on sale, I buy it. Maybe one day I'll actually read my collection!

Physical Books I Purchased

In my family, we draw names among the kids for Christmas. I went to CBD to buy something for my person, and I decided to check out their book sales while I was there. My goodness! Paperbacks galore for under $5! I limited myself to two (as well as a DVD). I never think to check CBD, but I really should!

Together with You by Victoria Bylin

The Wood's Edge by Lori Benton

Books for Review

I hit the review book jackpot this week, thanks to The Fiction Guild. (You can apply to join here.) Fortunately, they're asking for reviews of only the ones that interest me ... as you'll see, there's one book in this bunch that won't quickly make it to the top of my review pile! (Can you guess which one???)

The Candidate by Lis Wiehl

Love Bears All Things by Beth Wiseman

Child of the River by Irma Joubert

Unblemished by Sara Ella

Long Way Gone by Charles Martin

Have you read any of these books? Did you like them? Also, I'd really love to know if you can guess which of the review books I'll read first and last. Just how predictable am I?
