Today's Top Ten Tuesday Topic, "Books I'm looking forward to in the first half of 2017" is difficult for one reason alone: There are so many great books releasing next year! It was hard to narrow the list down to ten :-)
Clicking on the book titles will take you to the Amazon page (affiliate links).
1. True to You by Becky Wade (May 2)
Becky Wade's books always make my must-read list ... sometimes my "must-read at least twice" list! I read so much that the details of books I've enjoyed often become fuzzy, but I can always remember Becky's books. True to You is the first book in her new series, and I can't wait to get my hands on it!
2. Rescue Me by Susan May Warren (January 31)
I'm a big fan of Susan May Warren's books, and I loved Wild Montana Skies, the first book in her Montana Rescue series. I'm excited to continue the series with Rescue Me!
3. When Tides Turn by Sarah Sundin (March 14)
I can't even tell you how excited I am that we don't have to wait a full year for the next Sarah Sundin release! World War II is my favorite time period (next to contemporary) to read about, and Sundin is by far my favorite author who writes about the war. I'm really looking forward to reading Quintessa and Dan's story!
4. If I'm Found by Terri Blackstock (March 21)
Blackstock's excellent If I Run was a suspense novel unlike any other I'd read. The story continues with If I'm Found, and you can bet I'll be reading it!
5. Still Life by Dani Pettrey (January 31)
Pettrey is a master of romantic suspense. I'm highly anticipating this second entry in her Chesapeake Valor series.
6. Jane of Austin by Hillary Manton Lodge (June 6)
An adaptation of Sense and Sensibility written by one of my favorite authors? Sign me up!
7. For Love & Honor by Jody Hedlund (March 7)
Hedlund's "An Uncertain Choice" YA series is completely delightful, and I'm so excited that we're finally getting Sir Bennet's story! (He was my favorite of the knights competing for the lady's hand in An Uncertain Choice.)
8. You'll Think of Me by Robin Lee Hatcher (April 11)
I always love a new Robin Lee Hatcher romance!
9. High as the Heavens by Kate Breslin (June 6)
When I read Kate Breslin's Not By Sight last year, I knew she was an author to watch. I'm definitely looking forward to this next release!
10. Life After by Katie Ganshert (April 18)
Romance, women's fiction, YA dystopian ... Ganshert's writing never disappoints. I can't wait to read this one!
