Nothing makes me want to read a book more than hearing it has been or will be made into a movie! Finding Love in Big Sky has already been filmed, and I'm eagerly awaiting news of when and where to watch it. In the meantime, I thought I should read the book.

Stories where people fall in love in unusual ways can be so fun, can't they? The concept of falling in love over the phone is what attracted me to Sincerely Yours.

I'm not normally one for reading science fiction, but after loving Ronie Kendig's Brand of Light last year, I've been more inclined to give it a chance. So when Crystal Witness came along, I decided to read it. It turned out to be a good choice!

So when an invitation to review The Wait Will Not Be Wasted, written by a thirty-something single woman, landed in my inbox, I took a chance ... because I am also a thirty-something single woman 🙂

I am a sucker for the marriage of convenience trope. It's very common in historical romance, but I don't often see it done well in contemporary romance (it often feels quite contrived). Still, I'm always ready to try out a modern marriage of convenience romance, so of course Practically Married appealed to me.
